On Thursday early evening, the NYPD Street Crime Prevention team was summoned to an office building at the corner of 20th Street and Broadway in Manhattan to escort a male black man in his early 20’s out and then placed him under arrest for disorderly conduct.
The APB Night Team was there when this happened.
