New York City: Get ready for Summer in New York!
Resident magazine hosted a dazzling celebration of their highly anticipated May 2016 Power Issue which includes a Hamptons Special Edition along with a stunning image of supermodel Heide Lindgren atop the James Hotel in Soho on its cover.
Publisher Michael Travin, Associate Publisher Melissa Kassis, and Editor in Chief Hillary Latos welcomed guests to The Attic Rooftop in Hell’s Kitchen to toast their Hamptons cover.
Partygoers took in a gorgeous sunset and live music courtesy of DJ Super Dave and the Allen Dalton Entertainment Group.
Ms. Lindgren, renown for her work with Abercrombie & Fitch, Guess by Marciano, GQ, and Vanity Fair, among many others, is a strong proponent of bringing sustainable fashion to the masses and living a “green lifestyle.”
Considered “a model for social change” by Resident, Heide also works with a charity entitled Rebuild Globally, which was founded following the Haiti earthquake. Lindgren, who has made several visits to the region, serves as a cultural liaison, working with women and schools.
Resident is a must read for New Yorkers, detailing the latest socialite events, dining, arts and culture, special events, real estate, travel, fashion, wellness, and much more.
