One Year Anniversary of City Restaurant Grading System

The letter system is designed to help consumers choose restaurants and prompt owners to keep eateries clean. The grades are based on food safety practices and are
posted in restaurant windows. Spark’s got its second “A” rating in a year. Mayor Bloomberg says more restaurants are now getting A’s on the first inspection.
