Under heavy NYPD presence, the US National Soccer team stopped off in Times Square to spend time with their fans before they depart for Brazil to compete in the 2014 World Cup.
The Fan Appreciation Day itinerary included an array of sponsor activations with the National Team in addition to an appearance on early in the day on ABC-TV Good Morning America and then on an ESPN FC Special that aired live on ESPN from Times Square in the afternoon.
